BUG HISTORY:
OCTOBER /19/2024: BROKEN URL LINKS FROM LAST YEAR: The MBEA.org
platform is new. Some URL/ Links from previous years may no longer
work, this is due to the new layout of our site/platform. unless you
create a new account on the MBEA.org platform.
OCTOBER /19/2024: MEMBER LOGIN ISSUE: If you had a members account
and used a login user and password to access information from MBEA.org
you will not be able to use that same login on the new MBEA.org platform
until you Sign up for account migration.
All done!
OCTOBER /19/2024: REGISTRATION PAGES NOT FOUND: We are currently
experiencing issues with Safari, some versions of Chrome browser and
Edge. During registration, for the best results, please use the Firefox browser.
All done!
OCTOBER /19/2024: BAD COOKIES: If you have used MBEA.org in the past you should also clear your browser cookies for the best performance . For detailed instructions on how to clear your cookies click here .
All done!
OCTOBER /19/2024: ONLINE PAYMENT STILL LOADING: If you experience an issue during online check-out where your card is processed but you do not receive a message of "Successful Transaction" we will still receive your payment as normal and update your account as paid. This is due to a webhook issue.
All done!
OCTOBER /19/2024: AUTOMATED RECEIPT NOT RECEIVED: As part of the
webhook under number 5. that may leave you on the "Processing Screen"
when you make an online payment this may also cause issues with the
receipt of payment automation until the next update from our developers.
If you did not receive your proof of purchase you can request it by
contacting us at info@mbea.org.
All done!
OCTOBER /19/2024: DUPLICATE PAYMENT: As a part of issue 5. and 6.
some users who may not have been aware of the webhook issue may
accidentally repeat the payment step under the presumption that a
payment was not processed. Because even tho the page says processing and
does not reflect payment success, your payment was likely processed
successfully the first time. Please do not attempt to pay a second time
until you contact us and verify the unsuccessful payment, since our
ability to accept payments is not affected by the issue, only the
process in which a user is notified of their payment.
